2018 SMF Jewellery Raffle Terms and Conditions
1. Raffle entrants must be 18 years or over.
2. Sales of tickets are limited to 500 tickets
3. Directors of the foundation are unable to purchase tickets
4. The cost of tickets are $20 each.
5. Entrants are permitted to purchase more than one ticket, subject to availability.
6. Tickets are non-refundable.
7. Tickets will be available for sale until 500 tickets are sold or until 9pm 31/7/2018, whichever event occurs first.
8. Once ticket/s have been purchased, the Scarlett May Foundation Ltd. will email the ticket number within 2 business days to the email address registered on the website at the time of purchase.
9. The raffle prize is a brand new white gold ladies tourmaline bracelet with three hundred and sixty-nine diamonds, valued at $7,950.00 AUD, which will be available for collection within 2 business days of the winner being announced.
10. Tickets will be drawn by an independent party within 5 business days of the conclusion of the raffle.
11. Scarlett May Foundation Limited do not warrant the raffle product, all warranties are held directly with the manufacturer. Contact the manufacturer for warranty details.
12. The winner will be contacted by email within 24 hours of the draw and announced on the Scarlett May Foundation Ltd. website, Facebook page, Instagram and twitter.
13. Information collected during the raffle will be used in strict compliance of our Privacy Policy available at the Scarlett May Foundation Ltd. website.
